Canadian Syrup 09

Summer is here. The signs are everywhere and are different for everyone. Dogwoods in bloom, longer days, water is warming up, and bugs are coming out. This past weekend for some it was the constant roar of Bike week on the Outer Banks, middle age dudes parading up and down the bypass pulling into any place that will host them. For us skaters here on The Banks, it was Canadians. For the last 4 years a brethren of skaters from the north converge to Bob's casa in Duck and always bring the good sessions and good camaraderie that comes with real good skateboarding. Turned out to be 14 guys this year. Our good friends from Charlotte , Chuck and Rocky, came in and got some too. So throughout the week there was some good sessions. I managed to make a couple sessions despite some major knee swelling from my recent snowbro trip. I got a few pics and the crew had a killer filmer, Ian Docherty who got tons of good clips and some clicks he is going to share when he gets it all together. It was good weather all weekend. Thanks for coming down everybody. Plenty more when you get back this way.

CP gets his blunt fakie on after the goldrush... We all headed over to the AI for some bricks and quite the sausage fest after Wanchese Thurs night.... Fri evening finds everybody at Jeremy's pool.
