Texas Trapper Keeper
About 17 years ago (87) I moved to the Outer Banks. Mostly to surf but I moved right in with a group of skaters that had a vert ramp in the backyard. One of the guys that shared the porch with me in that house was from Dallas Texas. His name was Tim Denim. Denim was indisputably from Dallas. His style and approach to skateboarding was one of a kind. Pure gnarl style and always had fun whatever we were skating. Around 92 or so I learned he had passed on as a result of a brain tumor. He is greatly missed by many. I fished around in my attic and found a trapper keeper he had left at my house one summer on his many back and forth trips on his motorcycle from Dallas to Nags Head. I suppose he took these shots, most of the Clown Ramp in Dallas with a few random shots thrown in. I don't know many of the names so I thought it would be cool to have a open discussion with the pics being the topic. My guess is that these are the first time anyone has seen these shots besides me. There has got to be a few people that were at that Clown Ramp contest with Hawk and Cab. So if you know any thing about these shots, follow the links to the message board and let us know.
